Darryl's Hard Liquor and Porn Film Festival is a comedy short film festival. We showcase funny and creative short films about porn, sex or anything naughty. We are looking for creativity, humour, visual style, good story telling, etc.

Films may be any length up to a maximum of 4 minutes (including credits).

Even though we call this a ‘Film’ festival all final submissions must be digital.

We like HD! If your film is originally in HD please send the HD version. Don't send us a copy of your film shrunk to standard video size. NTSC, PAL, webcam videos, even films shot on mobile phones are acceptable if it's how they originated.

All submissions must be received by August 15, 2008.

Each submission must include the following…

1. A final copy of your film in digital format on CD or DVD ROM.
We accept Quicktime or AVI files (best quality available). No Flash files. No tapes. Tapes are done.

2. A signed entry form.

3. A short filmmaker’s biography (100 words or less) and filmography sent by email to darryl@hardliquorandporn.com .

Submissions will not be returned. Do not send masters!

There is no entry fee.

Please include promo/production stills on disk (preferably shot with a digital still camera or scanned from film at high resolution). Don’t bother sending video captures, newspapers and magazines wont print them.

Size matters. Our mailbox is 6” x 5.5” x 12.5”. If your package wont fit in our box it will be sent back to the post office. Do not use registered mail. International entries must put “No Commercial Value” or a $0 value on the customs declaration form.

Submissions arriving without a signed entry form will not be considered.
